I am looking to get the Tiara insured before the weekend and the company I am working with seems to be stuck in first gear. The quote wasnt bad - under 2k for the year - but I wouldnt mind trying a couple other options tomorrow.

Let me know if there is anyone you can recommend who can get decent rates on a 31 footer - my guy last year had me up in running in less than three hours but cant do over 30 ft.

Did you every try BoatUS. THey gave me a binder the same day that I called for a quote? I also asked for a quote for a new boat a couple weeks ago and had it the next day..

Thats who I went with. Everyone was taking days (even a couple weeks), and Monica had a binder finished within three hours. Rates were pretty competitive, and include storm/wind and coverage out through the Bahamas.

Sat OR Sun??? How bout BOTH! I am definitely headed up to Lk Boca early Sat to see how this BocaBash turns out. Prob be up there again Sun, and may even just stay out overnight.
