Water restricitons and the marine industry?

I know, it's bad voodoo for us to say too much but I can't help but wonder what the thoughts are. Are we going to see somebody at marinas and ramps watching us wash down? What about filling fresh water tanks? My storage yard actually lets us use their hose; I haven't asked if that will change.
I'm sure boat washdown is really a small % of water use, but it might be an easy target. I don't want anyone giving me crap for using the boat and trying to maintain it.

your allowed to fill up your water tank thats a non-issue, also you have 15 minutes to flush and rinse once a day...

there is also a loophole if you have a pressure washer, there are no restrictions "yet" on a typical low volume pressure washer...
