Anyone have a shop / mechanic that i can take my boat to on sat for a tune up and stuff?

It would be helpful to give details about your engine. Most mechanics specialize in certain brands or know the brand better. Others do in/out while some prefer outboards.
Maybe someone will suggest one.

A simple, Yamaha 115 out board..........
Im in Coral Gables, would tow it anywhere close.

You can drive your boat there and you can leave it for a couple of days if necessary.
He has fixed my 115 Evinrude years ago. It's a father and son business. He is not too pricey and very responsible.

Go to Eric's Outboard. They are located 9855 sw 129 St. near The Falls Mall. Phone: 305-251-4067. Here is web link: http://www.ericsoutboard.com/

They are Yamaha shop. They have mobile unit, but you might have to wait a few days. Otherwise, leave it there overnight. Call before hand to make sure there is space.

Sincerely, I did not know Yamaha outboards break down.
I thought they were the Maytag of boat engines.

They don't breakdown.... but you got to maintain 'em . Until I can figure out how to do it myself, they take care of it .

I realize you're not in the area...but to anyone else who may be reading this, DO NOT take your stuff to the boat connection... I've been shafted there more than once.
