Well I'm not saying we got a lot of rain or anything but this is the first time I ever had to put out the anchor bouy while the Badonkadonk is still ON THE TRAILER!!!!

Waiting for the water to go back down so I can get on my boat and get it ready to go the the Glen for Labor Day. This afternoon (Friday) the water was 2 ft over the dock at the end. This is the highest I have seen the water in the 12 years I have lived here.
Anyone know if boat traffic might be haulted on S.J.R. due to the water levels in Astor?? Seems like many years ago the river was at an all time high and sections were "off limits" to powerboats.

We were hoping and praying we would get lots of rain with Fay, here in Keystone Heights (between Gainesville & Jax) the lakes are still very low....we got all of 6".
You can have some of ours. McGirts Creek is REALLY high as I assume is the St. Johns. Probably loaded with floating crap as well. Black Creek was pretty high and I understand there were some places flooded there. Hope everyone on Raft-up is OK and high & dry.
