My buddy owns one of the houses at stiltsville. When I was at the house, I asked if any of my buddies wanted to go to the sandbar party. They said yes, so we went there. What I want to know is when do these people raft up near stiltsville. Is it every weekend or is it a scheduled basis? Also when does it usually start at?

There's people there every Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is usually more of a young, party crowd whereas Sunday is usually a family day. Usually people there by 1PM but things don't get going until @ 3. Which house does your buddy own, I run thru there all the time.

Yep, exactly like he said...... but if you want a spot on the bar....be there a little earlier..... i have arrived at like 11:00 am and there are about 5-6 boats aready hunkered down on the bar, especially if it is a nice day out.

Hey,

My buddy owns the house that is two stories and has two docks on both sides. One one side of the dock, it is just a dock that extends like 20-30 feet with like a little pier at the end. On the other end of the dock, there is a water slide and a bunch of boat slips for boats. If you can see it, there is a big fishing mural facing Miami Beach.

When you go on that website that you gave me, click the letter G or the powerboat club and you will see that beautiful house. there has been some renovating since the hurricanes and trying to protect it from the weather.

Thats the one everyone passes when they are going to the sand bar, since it is really tricky especially if there is no sun out and you dont have your polorized shades....
