TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

SHOW ENTRANCE:

Admittance to the Show grounds will be permitted each morning at 8:00 a.m. Entrances to the Show are at 100 Evernia Street and North Clematis Street next to the Library.

PARKING

CONVENTION CENTER: (Okeechobee Blvd. & Rosemary Ave.): 1,100 parking spaces are available from Thursday, March 27th to Sunday, March 30th, all day. With a free shuttle to and from the show.


PALM BEACH COUNTY COURTHOUSE: (Rosemary Ave. & Banyan Blvd.): ONLY available on Saturday, March 29th and Sunday, March 30th.


MUNICIPAL LOTS/GARAGES: Follow the Boat show signs for directions to various municipal parking garages and privately operated Park-N-Ride lots located throughout downtown West Palm Beach.


COME BY BOAT: Come-by-boat docks are located south of the in-water displays. Tie up at the docks and stroll over to the show.


SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES:


Free shuttle bus service to and from the show sites will be available for attendees one hour prior to show opening and running continuously until one hour after show closing. Shuttle drop-off/pick-up location will be at:


· Waterfront location: Flagler Drive @ N. Clematis Street

·Convention Center: Drop-off in front of facility; pick-up in back


These shuttles will also be making regular stops at various municipal parking garages and private Park-N-Ride lots.

I'll be there Saturday morning/afternoon .. arriving by boat .. first stop on my cruise back to Dania from Riviera Beach (3 months passes fast!). Afterwards .. continuing the cruise south .. hoped to run the outside, but looks like the seas wont cooperate on Sunday .. so ICW from WPB to FTL .. 5-6 hrs? Ugghhhhh! (Either that or run back in 2-4s Saturday evening .. that has a possibility.)

Hello All,
Based on responses, perhaps meeting at the Northern Floating Barge at 1:00 Saturday is too early. How about if we shoot for a time later in the afternoon, say 4:00? This gives boaters time to get to the show, enjoy and then people watch over a few cold ones.

We can take it from there for the evening

I'll probably get there by boat, early on Saturday. I'll probably leave around 4pm, to complete the cruise down to Dania by nightfall. I'm expecting some friends to come party aboard, during the day. If ur aboard yours, hail on VHF69!
