No Name Harbor, Located in Key Biscayne park.... there is a large / long sea wall that you can tie to, usually packed on saturdays & sundays lunch & early dinner....
For those of you that love Latin food, they are awsome........but most favorite for me is the large whole fried fish......

You are right about the fried fish. If I don't go by boat, I would drive an hour for the whole snapper: it reminds me of my beloved Caribbean.
