Sounds like a good reason to head back to the keys. The sand bar could be interesting!!

Re: 4th of July

I say we fill ticklelicks boat up with gas, head to neptune fireworks and get those major flying illegal stuff and party!

I am going to a party night of the 3rd so I am game for anything on the 4th.. I was even thinking of a BBQ at the house??

Re: 4th of July

Anybody? Someone? Anyone?

BBQ sounds like a good idea, but Ive waited for years to catch the fireworks from the water and finally have a boat (or two) on the Fourth. Still open to ideas...

I will tell you that the north side of the inside of hillsboro inlet facing south you can see the fireworks all the way down to hollywood.. its really cool, I did it last year.

I am not sure what to do yet either, but still like the BBQ idea at the house?

Re: 4th of July

I am leaning (even after ticks misfortune) toward hillsboro inlet for the 4th....

if you get there early enough, anchor on the north side with a clear view south of the coast....

you can see n miami, hollywood, ft laud & pompano fireworks.. its really cool
