Yeah...the place to be is in Sunrise Bay. Thats the small lake on the ICW next to the yacht club just north of Sunrise Blvd. Get there early because the police usually close that area off due to the massive amount of boats that anchor there. Its also the best place to watch the show from inside. All the planes fly right over that spot.

Everyone should try to make it there early so we can all raft up. Its a pretty central location except for the guys way south.

We usually end up Just South of Sunrise Bridge where the middle river and ditch come togeather. Have been there the last 3 years, you get a great show and the planes are cool too....

The last 2 years we anchored next to a yacht with a bunch of playmates on it, it was great for us, but the wives didnt care for it much.

YOu can't beat watching from the water, but rafting is prettymuch outof the question...and it's usually a bit rolly polly..like Grillmaster says, seasickmoster strikes many. It would be a great plan to have an early rendezvous at Sunrise harbor and claim our spot. I've watched there before and it's pretty good. If we get there early enough we'll be able to get a nice raft up going. I"m game!

As the Captain says: it's never too early to start planning! I need a ride for the show. My birthday is the following week. :cake: Who wants to be nice and give me an early birthday present :present: and celebrate my pre-birthday weekend with me?
