I tried to get some info on the party, but the website is kinda screwed up. What is the party for?

"Old Mission Beach Athletic Club" (OMBAC) or AKA "Old Men Behaving As Children" formed in the early 50's here in San Diego. A fellow member was released from the POW camp during the Korean Conflict, hence the name "Coming Out Party". This will be my 11th year in a row. Great to see old friends, some I haven't seen since the last party. A good time by all...!

yah!! my buddy's band is playing this year (Bedpost Buzzard)...raft up sounds cool---do you guys get tickets as well?? or do you just do your partying from the water---is there shore access to the land party, or do they block it all off??

I've got my 26'sportcruiser, but I need to work on my old man's 52' Californian for this one!!

we're also probably doing Glorietta Bay for the fourth---you ever done that one??

We'll be out there in Mariners Cove Fri Nite 05/18 possibly till Monday...I usually get tickets, hang out on the boat and go in around 6:ish...this will be my 9th yr in a row...
I've done Glorietta Bay before, but usually stay in Mission Bay most of the holidays to stay away from all the boat traffic...
