I'm getting around 38 top and comfortable 28-30mph cruising. That's with 2 others onboard with 3/4 gas and full water.

I could change my prop and get a little over 40, but I'd have to compromise on the hole shot. Of course the new prop would mean I'd have to Break Out Another Thousand.

your write about the b.o.a.t my cruse is about 45 and still up on the rpm and still playing with prop pitchgetting close i have a 19 inch pitch and now going with a 21 on a 15 .25 blade

I was getting 32mph on that goofy 13 pitch prop. I hope to do a little better with the new 19 pitch.

I usually cruise around 30-32, tops out just under 50 with 4-5 people and a half tank of gas.

Top off at 35-36 MPH and cruise at 22-25 MPH.

I cruise at 30-35mph... ive topped it out at 52mph with a couple of people on board.

Cruise-40mph, tops at 65mph so far but still playing with trim & props.
Let's AVOID the fuel burn rate comparo...
Twin carb'd big blocks at 5k rpm = big flow numbers...

changed out the blade and still playing the prop game all most there getting closer am doubble cupping the prop should get me 45 48 cruse i hope

I top out around 43 mph and cruise between 30 and 35 mph depending on sea conditions...
