Pinellas/Pasco County Party People

We are new members....married couple in our 30's with no kids.

Is there a way to search members in the Pinellas/Pasco area? We have had some great boat parties at a sand bar (unsure if it has a specefic name) near Tarpon Springs but we would like to see it grow. We normally have 8-10 people on our boat and we bring lots of alcohol, volleyball net and great music. We attempt to keep a very good girl/guy ratio!! Nobody wants to hang out with just a bunch of dudes. I grew up near St. Louis, MO and I have made several trips to the Party Cove at the Lake of the Ozarks. I know that probably can't be repeated here but I would love to create a place in the Pinellas/Pasco area where people can go to party it up adult style. There may already be a place like that around here and I just haven't found it so let me know if this is the case.

Re: Pinellas/Pasco County Party People

riclem,

Welcome to the board! The sanbar that you are referring to is the Anclote Sandbar. Was there every weekend last summer. I've been in Italy this summer (work). Haven't been on the boat since May. Won't be back until the end of September. How's the sandbar? It used to be very large. After a while it was cut in two and then the south side was pretty much swallowed up even at low tide. Great place to play and party.

The wife and I are late 30's, early 40's. Sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. No kids in the house now!! Our daughter is a sophomore at FSU. Usually its beer and horseshoes. If we get out early, I usually feel it necessary to start with Jello shots. 'Cause Jello can't be bad for breakfast!

Not a lot of activity on this board for our area. Maybe we can shake things up a little. We prefer the Anclote sanbar, but we also make it up to Three Rooker Bar. Ever been there? Pretty crowded place, but quite a few families go there. Maybe we can catch up when I get back from Italy...

Re: Pinellas/Pasco County Party People

Thanks! My wife and I were vacationing in Italy back in May. We were in Tuscany, Naples, Isle of Capri, Rome and Venice. It was a great trip. Loved the food!! Definitely let us know when you get back. The sand bar has been a lot of fun this summer and we have met a few boaters that meet us out there from time to time. Great people that love to have fun. Of course I don't know too many boaters that don't like to have a good time. Have a safe trip back home and we look forward to meeting you.
