The number for the Moorings is 386-328-4000. There is a small charge for putting in at their ramp ($5.00 or so) & a charge for leaving your truck & trailer overnight ($7.00 or so). There is a fairly large parking lot where you drive through to go to the ramp, but they prefer that if you're leaving a vehicle overnight, park it in an empty lot across the street. The dockmaster's name is Tom.
