I am trying to upload a pic for my profile. I keep getting the message "up load failed" I think the pic is too large, but I don't know how to re-size it. Any help here?

I have some software that will resize a pic. If you want to email it to me I'll fix it and send it back.

Add it to your signature, but you might have to resize it also.
