Gotta go with Muddy Waters in Prescott Wisconsin. Its at the top of the stairs leading up from the City Dock on the St Croix River.

Yep, Muddy Waters is a pretty cool joint. There needs to be more dock space in all of the towns along the St. Croix River. These towns could make a lot of money off boater traffic every weekend during the summer. I did hear that a city dock was recently approved for Hastings. Not sure when it would ever get built or where they'd put it. Where do you hang out on the Croix? Last year we hung out mostly in Hudson but we're keeping our boat down in Hastings this year so we'll prolly be beaching up near Kinni most of the time.

I'm on a trailer too. Most of the time I put in at Hastings and hang out at the Kinni, but I've run the whole upper Miss/Lower Qroix from Wabasha to Stillwater. Just not in the same day...

That would be really cool to get a city dock at Hastings. There are a least a couple of bars/resturants and the Legion Club in the old part of town within walking distance of the river.

We did a shakedown run on Saturday afternoon. It was windy as hell but we cruised about half way down to Lock 3 and then back up. We had a couple boat drinks at Scabs while we waited for the short rainfall to pass and then we cruised back to the marina. Overall it was a good first time out because it fired right up, ran perfect, and we didn't break anything in the process. Maybe we'll see ya at Kinni this summer. What kind of boat do you own?

Sunday forecast is mid 80's and sunny! MN boater, we'll keep an eye out for you. I'm assuming a 230SX. We can be found in a 26 Powerquest Legend with pink, teal, and green stripes and grey diamond graphics. We'll be out pretty much every sunny Sunday this summer and sometimes camping out Saturday nights. Maybe we'll see ya at Kinni.
