Apparently, no one is near you.

However, I am always open to boating in new locations. I have neaver made the run to Lake Okeechobee....it might be fun. :smile:

How close is that to clewiston? I am in Western Palm Beach (loxahatchee)& can make the marina out there in 1/2 hour

I would love to dip my boat in fresh water lake, it has only been in the ocean :(

Spent more days there than I can count. My parents have a place in Palm Harbor, about a 10 min run due west to get out to the Rooker Bar. A lot of their neighbors anchor/tie up, we just fish in the area and stop by the beach from time to time. The storms a couple years back made it almost unrecognizable, but it's still a great place to visit.

Camped on the spoils a couple times too, great times!
