| Cape Horn Pisco Sours 1 bottle Pisco (750 ml) 12 lemons 2 cups sugar (approx.) 1 egg Makes about 10 drinks. Squeeze lemons to generate about 4 cups lemon juice. Mix sugar into lemon juice. You can’t use too much sugar; just keep adding until no more will go into solution. Extract egg white from egg. Mix whole bottle of Pisco in cocktail shaker and whip with whisk. Mix in the lemon/sugar solution. Shake well and serve straight up or over ice. Note: Best consumed sitting down. |
