I think it was Shelter Cove...on Kellogg Ave on the little Miami. I drove by and there was a lot of silt around from the floods this summer, but it didn't look too bad.
I just moved up from Florida last year so i have an offshore walk around fishing boat with an outboard and we are debating trading it in for something more "freshwater friendly" if that makes sense.
I love the boat though...it has low hours because I got from an old guy in Florida that hardly ever used the damn thing. It's a 1995 Pursuit 2470 with a 225 Yamaha Saltwater Series outboard. 320 hrs on it. It's around 5,000 lbs depending on how much fuel is in it, so my truck can pull it....it would just be nice if it was already down where I wanted it instead of draggin it around.
I appreciate any input....this IS my first boat. It took 30 some odd years to get it, but I finally jumped in so to speak. |
It is good to see you on the site! It's been allmost three years with little to no activity in Cincinnati on the site.
I love center console's with outboards. My current boat is my first I/O and it is nice however the hole shot of an outboard is great. On the marina, check into Rivertown off of Kellog Ave. The offer dry (rack) storage and wet storage.
Stay in touch with the site because I think we are planning a pub crawl or something like that.
On Riverbend, I think we should all go in together and buy an old pontoon and put 3-4 port-o-lets on it (and a keg) and charge for it's use?

O'well great to see you here.
