Hey everyone, new to the site and looking for some good places around to go. Any upcoming events and regular hangouts in the central florida/east coast (cocoa) area. Looks like you guys have some fun, hope to talk to ya/see ya out there.

Welcome Aboard! What area are you closest to? Here in the Orlando area a lot of us go out on the St Johns River, there are several nice hot spots on the river, especially if you feel like venturing up towards Astor (couple hours by boat) to the Silver Glen.. Very popular spot, crystal clear spring water.
There's also the Conway Chain and Butler Chain of lakes.
As far as Cocoa, I haven't really done much boating except in the ICW and haven't even done much of that so I'm not much help there. But we're always open to suggestions

Thanks for the reply, ive done the st johns out of lake monroe, and silver glen is the next stop on the list, after seeing some of your pics it looks like a good time. Im out of cocoa and do alot of day trips on the ICW, sometimes theres some action out there, just not a big fan of salt water. Ill keep an eye peeled on here for upcoming events.

Well the next major event at the Glen will be Memorial Day Weekend. We will propably get there Wed. afternoon just to make sure we get a good (our regular) spot in the Glen. Then it will be Non-Stop Partying until Monday sometime
I'm sure there will be a thread on it as it approaches. I know there will be several Raft-up members all tied together there.
