Exclamation Apologies in Advance

I've noticed a couple of my neighbors logged on so I thought I would take this oppurtunity to apologize in advance. The new sound system is about 50% complete in the Badonkadonk. Hence meaning that a sound check is in the near future. Should your windows start rattling and objects start falling off the wall and/or shelves, let it be known that you were warned. I will not be held responsible for damage to structures or personal property. Small children and pets should be kept in interior rooms of your homes for their protection. Neighborhoods immediately adjacent to Conway should also be aware that the thunderous booms are not a result of exploding bombs in the Vista Lakes community gone awry. This will be your only warning! Pass it on to your neighbors.
P.S. You might want to check your coverages in your Home Owners Insurance Policy as well.

I don't think it's the volume that is offensive as much as the type of music you'll be pumping out. What's on the playlist?

Re: Apologies in Advance

I've actually put some thought into this believe it or not. Knowing my neighbors like I do (FLDAWG ), the wives are going to grab the men by their ears and send them down to my house to tell me to turn off the system. Well, when they get there and see the stress test being performed on the the Dance Pole in conjunction with the Sound Check, they will no doubt forget why they were sent down here in the first place.

Re: Apologies in Advance

I heard the song Black Betty loud and clear on Sunday. Sounded good from this end of the street.

Re: Apologies in Advance

That's good to know (for me that is)
But be forewarned though..... that was just the new receiver and TWO of the 4 new Kenwood speakers and WITHOUT the 4 new 10" subs or the two 1000 watt amps.
By this time next week Black Betty should be knocking everything out of your medicine cabinet. Unless of course your windows are open then the whole cabinet is coming out of the wall!

Re: Apologies in Advance

Well, so far so good! just got it powered up and didn't even get done fine tuning it before the neighbor from 4 houses away came down complaining that his windows were rattling (Absolute truth) But on the high side.... the neighbor from 5 houses away said it was crystal clear at his house (But no window Rattles )
Now just to figure out where to mount the other two 10" Subs
